	Madelyn T. Troelstrup This award and scholarship is named in memory of Dr. Richard L. Troelstrup. Richard Dick Dr. T Lehman Troelstrup died Feb. 4, 2015. Born in San Diego, California, he was a retired psychology professor having taught at Auburn University, Middle Tennessee State University, Tennessee Tech University, and University of Hawaii-Hilo. He worked for the Catholic Charities as Director of Training & Evaluation in Hilo, began the Hilo Parkinson's support group, was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo, and was a 3rd Degree honorary life member of Knights of Columbus Council 6645.
