	Engineering Joint Council The Engineering Joint Council Scholarship rewards students who excel in participation in Engineers' Week activities planned and executed by the Council in February. Winning applications are chosen from various criteria including grade point average, community service activities, campus involvement and other leadership activities, and other criteria set forth by the Engineering Joint Council. The number of awards are given at a rate of one per academic department within the College of Engineering.
